Notice on Vigilance Against Phishing Platforms and Ensuring Account Security
Dear All,
It has recently come to our attention that some malicious actors have been impersonating official platforms or creating fake websites to lure users into entering their account credentials and other sensitive information, posing risks of account compromise or financial loss.
To ensure the security of both individuals and BIMSA, please take note of the following reminders:
- Enhance Security Awareness
Do not trust emails, messages, or links from unknown sources, especially those requesting account credentials, verification codes, or other sensitive information. - Verify Platform Authenticity
When accessing BIMSA systems or other official platforms, always use official websites or authorized channels, and carefully check the URL to avoid phishing websites. Verify that the website you are visiting is marked as "secure", and avoid accessing links that use IP addresses whenever possible.

- Install and Maintain Antivirus Software
All computers are required to have antivirus software installed and to keep virus definitions regularly updated. Personal media such as CDs, USB drives, and external hard drives must be scanned for viruses before opening any files.
- Report Abnormalities Promptly
If you encounter suspected phishing websites or potential information leaks, please contact the IT Department or report through official channels immediately.
Please strengthen security awareness, strictly comply with cybersecurity regulations, and ensure the security of both individuals and BIMSA accounts.
